We provide free technical support for subscribers to our Business and Domestic packages. Free support is limited to maintaining your connection to our network, and connecting and configuring a single computer or router.

If you are connecting a home or office network to your broadband connection, it is your own responsibility to maintain this. If you require support or assistance, we will be happy to provide this, at our standard hourly charge rate applicable at the time of your call.
